I was looking for a simple smoothie recipe, found one and tweaked it a bit.

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 4 mediumbananas
  2. 1 cupcow's milk
  3. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  4. 1 cuplow fat unsweetened plain yogurt
  5. 2 cupice
  6. 2 tbspbrown sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Put sugar in a small container of about two teaspoon of water. Stir until it dissolves.

  2. 2

    You can put the whole bananas in the blender as I did, or have them sliced. Blend all the ingredients together for about a minute or until all the ice is totally crushed.
