Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375.
- 2
Place the chops on a foil lined pan and season both sides with the salt and pepper.

Cut the onion into quarters and place a few slices on each chop.
- 4
Cut the peppers in half and gut them then place a piece on each chop.
- 5
Wrap each chop with bacon (two pieces should do it).
- 6
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

This is one of my hubby's favorite meals. It is very filling. He often only eats 1.5 of these small pork chops because they fill him up. :) good meal to serve guests as well. Everyone always asks for the Recipe. :) sometimes I use bbq sauce as a dip on the side or as the "seasoning".

This is a great alternative to just plain pork chops and leaves a lot of room for experimentation! I like to use the bacon and pork chop bits left in the pan to whisk together nice sauce for garnish using white wine, chicken stock, dijon mustard, chives, and cold butter.
