Ingredients

  1. 3 lbsalmon filet
  2. 6 largelemon
  3. 1 mediumonion (slice thin)
  4. 1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  5. 4garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 stalkcilantro
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1/2 tsprosemarry

Cooking Instructions

    Clean filet and padded with a paper towel

    Rub dry ingredients into the salmon and add olive oil

  3. 3

    Cut 3 lemon into slices and put the slices on top of the fish.. Squeeze the other 3 on top of the fish..

    Chopped the cilantro and add to the fish

  5. 5

    Cut the onion into thinner slices and put on top of the fish.

  6. 6

    Mince the garlic added let marinating for at least 1 hour..

  7. 7

    Cover with aluminum foil and sealed like a package and bake at 375℉ for 35-40 minutes
