Ingredients

2hrs
3 servings
  1. 5big sized potatoes
  2. 2pumpkin leaves
  3. Halfcup of boiled maize
  4. Cooking oil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2onions
  7. Blueband/ margarine
  8. 500 gliver, chopped
  9. 3tomatoes
  10. 1capsicum

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the potatoes and boil then mash.

    Blend the pumpkin leaves

  3. 3

    Add the potatoes, pumpkin leaves, boiled maize and salt together.

  4. 4

    Add the margarine and add onions. Mix them together and put aside.

  5. 5

    Boil the liver for 10 mins. Drain water and add chopped onion and cooking oil.

  6. 6

    Then add tomatoes, capsicum and a little salt.

  7. 7

    Stir then cover to cook for some minutes.

  8. 8

    Remove from heat. Serve the mokimo and liver stew together.
