Ingredients

  1. Chopped liver
  2. 3small tomatoes
  3. 2small onions
  4. Coriander
  5. Capsicum
  6. 1royco cube(red)
  7. Salt
  8. Water
  9. 1small lemon
  10. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the liver into small sizes and put in a plate then remove the thin layer like nylon paper then squeeze the lemon juice and add to the liver then little water
    Soak for 20minutes

    Prepare all the ingredients

    To the sufuria,add a tablespoon cooking oil then saute the onions then add capsicum and cook for a while

  4. 4

    Drain the excess water and lemon from the liver then add to the onions and capsicum and cook for some minutes then add the royco cube and very little salt

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes turning the mixture evenly to cook both sides then add a little water to make stew

  6. 6

    Garnish with some coriander then serve while hot with ugali
