My cousin and I were wondering what to eat yesterday for supper coz we had exhausted most of the available foods we had in the house. So we decided to buy Liver and stew it. With Ugali my supper was mwaah!!

Stewed Liver with Ugali

My cousin and I were wondering what to eat yesterday for supper coz we had exhausted most of the available foods we had in the house. So we decided to buy Liver and stew it. With Ugali my supper was mwaah!!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 300 gliver, chopped to pieces
  2. 1carrot chopped to pieces
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 4 TBScooking oil
  5. 1 tsproyco
  6. Coriander leaves (just a little)
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1onion chopped
  9. 2 clovesgarlic
  10. 1green capsicum
  11. 250 gUgali flour

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the liver for 20 mins or until the water diminishes.

    Chop the onions, tomatoes, carrots, coriander and capsicum.

  3. 3

    Add the ingredients one by one starting with onions and garlic, then cooking oil

  4. 4

    After are minutes add tomatoes and capsicum. Let it mix well as the tomatoes soften.

    Add the carrots and 1/2 cup water for soup.

  6. 6

    Add salt and royco then allow to cook for 2 mins.

  7. 7

    Add the coriander leaves and cover to cook for 5 mins.

  8. 8

    Remove from heat and cook the Ugali using the Ugali flour.

  9. 9

    Serve the food and sprinkle coriander leaves to make it look good. Yummy!!
