Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  1. 1 canbaked beans
  2. 1 smallonion
  3. 1 tspcrushed garlic. 2 cloves apprx (u can grate it with the fine grater its faster)
  4. 1/2green pepper
  5. 1green chilli split. More if you want.
  6. 1 pinchblack pepper
  7. 1salt
  8. 1 smallbunch of coriander
  9. 1tomato

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Chop all your ingredients and open the can of baked beans.

  2. 2

Add 2 Tb of olive oil in a pan. Add your chopped onion sauté till almost golden. When the edges of the onions turn brown

  3. 3

Add the garlic stirr till fragrant

  4. 4

Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt to help them break down faster. Make sure the tomatoes completely break down and most of the water evaporates and oil comes out the sides. Thats how u know they are ready.

  5. 5

If there isn't enough oil u will need to add more so the tomatoes cook well u can drain it off before you add the baked beans.

  6. 6

Next add the baked beans and whole split chilli and cook it down until its no longer runny then add more water to make it the consistency u like.

  7. 7

Add your coriander, peppers, black pepper, lemon juice if you want and adjust salt. Remove the split chill its job was to impart aroma nothing more. It doesn't add heat. U can even add more if u want.

  8. 8

U can store this in the fridge for 1 week and eat it for breakfast. Just make enuff. We make 4 to 5 cans at a go.
