Cooking Instructions

Slice the meat into bulky strips.

Pound the meat to make it softer and easier to cook.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Dip the meat into flour then eggs and then Coat with bread crumbs.

Prepare cooking oil until boiling point.

Then dip the coated pork in the hot boiling oil. Cook until a nice golden brown.

Cut into slices and spread tonkatsu sauce as a topping.
