Cooking Instructions

Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper. If the meat is thick, cut it in half and flatten it with the back of a knife.

Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat oil to 170–180°C (340–355°F). Fry each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.

Drain excess oil, slice the pork, and serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
