Tonkatsu is a very popular food for all Japanese. It's very simple to cook! *You can find 'Tonkatsu sauce' in an Asian food grocery store. Also, steak sauce or ponzu or soy sauce are good too!

Cut off stringy parts of pork.

Sprinkle both sides of pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. Rub it a little bit. Keep pork in refrigerator for 10 min.

Preheat oil to 175C(350F). Dredge the pork in flour.

Dip pork into the beaten egg.

Dredge the pork in the bread crumbs.

Deep-fry the pork in the oil preheated to 175C(350F). When the pork turns light brown, take out it from oil.

Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
