Chapati
I have tried making soft chapatis but today I managed.
Cooking Instructions

Add magarine to the flour and mix till you have sand like mixture. Add the salt to warm water

Add cinnamon to black pepper then add to the was water

Add the mixture to the flour and knead till the dough is firm, add 4 TBS and continue kneading till the doesn't stick your hand

Cover with polythene for 1 hour.

Put the dough in a flat surface and cut into small pieces as you roll with oil.

Roll again into round shape. Heat the pan and start frying till you find yellowish brownish color on both sides.

Cook all of them and serve
