Soak soya bean over night

Grind soya bean with little water

Boil soya chunks in sufficient water for 5-6 minutes

Cool and grind

In a large mixing bowl take both soya pastes add salt and half quantity of maida

Mix well n make a dough if required apply little more maida

Now make a big chapati of the dough neither very thin nor thick

Cut strips with help of pizza cutter or sharp knife

Roll the strips over ice cream stick (one strip in one stick)

In a large kadai boil water add the soya chaap with stick to the boiling water

Boil for 8-10 minutes strain the water then take out chaaps on a plate

Cool and put in a zip lock bag and keep in freezer.you can keep it for 15 days.

When required take out from freezer after defrosting fry it and use as snack or make a gravy and cook the chaaps in it
