Ingredients

2 servings

1/4chicken
7potatoes
Cooking oil for deep frying
tomato sauce
Salt

Cooking Instructions

40 mins

Cut the potatoes to cubed pieces and wash then set aside

Chop the chicken into two parts
3

Heat the cooking oil
4

Deep fry the potatoes first then the chicken
5

Make the salad
6

And serve with tomatoes sauce and salt
