Ingredients

1 hour
  • 6large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonoil for baking
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  • 1 tablespoonbasil
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 cupwheat
  • Halfcup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, and wash and chop potatoes into wedges. Pat them dry

    On the baking try, place the basil, cooking oil, black paper, sugarand salt. Mix them

    Bake for 30 minutes. Turn them then bake for another 30 minutes. Till soft inside

    In a bowl, mix the wheat and corn flour, black pepper and chopper coriander. Add in water until thick. Dip in each piece and deep fry in medium heat till nice and crispy as desired
