very good, very chocolatity but not overly chocolate!! If u like pecans u could add a layer of nuts!!

Ingredients

10 servings

1 packagesOREO pie crust
3 ozBakers Chocolate, Melted
1/4 cupSweetened Condensed Milk
2 packagesChocolate Instant Pudding (3.9 oz each)
2 cup2% milk, cold
1 packagesCool Whip, thawed

Cooking Instructions

Melt bakers chocolate

mix 1/4 cup condensed milk with melted chocolate

pour onto pie crust

mix 2 cups milk with the 2 packages of pudding, mix for 2 minutes

pour 1-1/2 cups of pudding into pie
6

mix half of the cool whip with the rest of the pudding, pour into pie
7

spread rest of the cool whip on top of pie
8

Refrigerate 3 hours

Even if the people were full, I'd suggest for them to split a piece and they'd always go for it.Many years later when I wasn't working there anymore I'd remember this Mississippi mud pie and I thought I'm going to try to make it. so this is my rendition
