Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients well, then preheat oven on 350.

In a 13" 9 pan spray well , pour batter in and , bake for 20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.

Take out let cool then, mix both icing and , apply to cake.
- 4
Add crushed cookies any way you want.

This is a yearly event. I bake all my kids their own Valentine cookie. The pictured one is 8”, that size is for the “big” kids. I bake 6” cookies for the “little” kids (grands). Some like them plain, some like them with frosting. This one is/was mine. Of course, I let them choose the flavor: sugar cookie, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, molasses (new request this year)
