Cooking Instructions

AfPut flour in a bowl. Add in sugar and salt. Add in little oil (4 tbsp) and warm water then start to knead with your thumbs.

Knead until they dough comes together. Then add in oil(1 tbsp) and continue kneading.

Allow to rest for 15 minutes so that it becomes soft. After 15 minutes,. Divide the dough into 20 to 24 equal parts.

Roll each dough one by one then apply oil and fold it again into a rope like dough from one end to another then fold it into a ball.

Let it rest for 5 more minutes and roll it again into a circular shape very thin. Cook in a hot pan each side until brown each side.

Repeat process 4 and 5 until you are done.
