Ingredients

  2. 1 Tbspsalt
  3. Pinchsugar
  4. Warm water

    In a bowl mix flour,sugar and salt.

    Add water little by little till you get your desired consistency, for me I like very soft dough.

    Cut into even balls

  4. 4

    Roll out each ball,apply oil and fold to rounds again,let rest for 30-40 mins.cover using cling film to maintain the smooth texture for the dough.

    Roll out to rounds and fry both sides till golden brown.
