My great grandmother created this amazing recipe and I am sharing it with you so it can be eaten by all the rest of the banana bread lovers.

My kids love muffins i like this recipe. It is not too sugar heavy and the muffins are moist.

This is more of a method, than a recipe. Everything depends on the type of tomatoes, their acidity, your personal taste, etc. The main thing is roasting all your vegetables. Makes all the difference taste wise!!

I and baked with lots of banana muffin recipes, but I liked my original recipe the best.I came up with this recipe more than 20 years ago with trial and error.it will be "really sweet" with the recipe amount of sugar.Even if you decrease the amount by half, it will be a little sweeter than pancakes, so please decrease the sugar amount to your preference.Please use lemon juice to prevent the bananas from browning, and it will refine the flavor. This great as a appetizer and snack. I made it for my husband and I as entrée for our father's day dinner. Tastes great if left in the fridge for a few hours I left it there for about 5 hours.

I love taco rice with salsa, so I made some at home.If you don't like green peppers, you can omit them. If you use only 1 teaspoon of Tabasco, kids can probably still eat it too.For kids, cut the vegetables very fine so that they can easily eat it. Recipe by Tamutarou

This is a concoction between a given recipe by my french sister in law and a beautiful tomato sauce I love making as a condiment and I love fried potatoes. This works very well together, I think it is great without meat, but hubby made lamb chop with his, or has chicken.

I love salsa. It should be part of the food pyramid as far as I'm concerned. I whipped up this salsa after work one day to satisfy a craving. This salsa I guess, would be considered spicy however, for me it was just right. Feedback is appreciated
