First time baking when I saw the recipe I said why not try it... It turned out great!

Ingredients

  1. 260 gall purpose flour
  2. 180 gsugar
  3. 185 gpeanut butter
  4. 1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda
  5. 1larg egg
  6. 170 gmargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix margarine and sugar and mix till incorporated

  3. 3

    Add the egg and mix

  4. 4

    Add the peanut butter and add flour little at a time

  5. 5

    Add the bicarbonate of soda and using a spatula fold your mix till incorporated

  6. 6

    Using a cling foil cover your mix and put it in the fridge for 20 min to harden...

  7. 7

    Roll the mix to your desired shape and arrange them to a baking tray with parchment paper and bake
