Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl, and set aside.

In another bowl mix worm water and milk to dissolve, add eggs and whipped

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whip until it's smooth.

Using a nonstick pan, fry the batter on low heat.
