Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 tablespoonbaking powder
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 4 tablespoonsugar
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 tablespoongrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Beat eggs in a ball then add ginger, salt, sugar and baking powder then beat together

  2. 2

    Add milk the beat once again

  3. 3

    Add flour and continue to mix until thick

  4. 4

    Heat pan with oil

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture in the pan then allow it to fry

  6. 6

    Turn to the other side

  7. 7

    It will give a good brown color when ready

  8. 8

    Serve with tea for breakfast or dinner.
