Ingredients

  1. 100 gflour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 10 gchocolate
  4. 10 goil or melted butter
  5. 1/4 litremilk/water
  6. 50 gsugar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Oil to cook

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in the centre and mix well in a bowl with sugar and chocolate

    Add the egg and water(milk), whisk to a smooth batter. Add the oil(melted margarine)

  3. 3

    Heat the pancake pan, clean thoroughly. Add a little oil; heat until smoking

  4. 4

    Add enough mixture to just cover the bottom of
    the pan thinly. Cook for a few seconds until brown

  5. 5

    Turn and cook on the other side. Pile them flat on a plate. Serve and Enjoy 😋
