  1. 400 gflour
  2. 1/2 tbssalt
  3. 1/4piece butter nut
  4. 2 cupswarm water
  5. 1/4 cupoil

    Peel the butter nut andcut into small pieces,then boil till cooked

    Blend them,add 1 cup water,mix and set aside

  3. 3

    In a bowl put the oil and salt and swirl.Add 3/4 flour into the oil and make a hole and add 1/2 blended butter nut.

    Knead well using the flour and blended butter nut to make a dough the n prove it for 10-15 mins

  5. 5

    Re-knead the dough,roll into balls and roll again each ball into chapattis

  6. 6

    Cook till ready and serve
