Banana Split

Today I decided to treat myself to some ohhhhh so amazing and very delicious chocolate banana pancakes. I love chocolate and I love bananas.. I combined the two🍫🍌😁#authormarathon

Got this recipe from YouTube, made a few adjustments to suit me and it turned out perfect

Bananas are delicious on their own but sometimes I like to play around with them, smoothies are healthy drinks nad are good for anytime any day plus I love the fact that smoothies are filling, they are awesome for morning power drinks! Chocolate smoothie cause I loveeee chocolate 😁🍫

This is the first I tried I've got to say they turned out great

I have alot of pumpkins at home and everybody hates them so I had to find a way to disguise them so that my family can eat them n it worked they love this dessert.i made half this recipe

I admired drips too long n felt a trial could help. All my whole milk cakes seemed dried thought of trying mala n the cake was moist n yummy

This cake makes a statement of its own! And guess what!? I baked it on our backyard BBQ grill! This was my first time making a cake on a BBQ grill, I got this idea from this South African cooking show where they were using the exact BBQ grill that I have.For the best results I think the grill should have a lead to trap all the heat. The cakes came out very well, similar to using the oven. You can always use your oven, obviously. :)My mom has been making this vanilla cake since her food and nutrition high school class where she learnt the recipe. It is always her go-to when we suddenly run out of bread, which is not too often, or when she's craving something sweet or when I am craving something sweet, which is quite often...emphasis on quite.One of my favorite looks for a cake is the naked look. I love being able to see the pretty layers, and it’s even easier to put together.I also like to make the cake fruity by adding berries on top of the whipped cream frosting. I am always totally in love with the look of it. So bright, and beautiful.I used ingredients enough to yield 2 large cakes but I divided the mixture to get 3 smaller cakes. Basically, I doubled the ingredients (mixed separately) but made 3 cakes with the batter. If you want just one large cake that's okay as well.

We used to eat these in our childhood,as my mum had a restaurant n whenever she makes Samosas she used to fry the sides of the pockets!!!Good Snack

I had homemade strawberry ice cream n wanted to make something out of it n the outcome was superb

If you asked most kenyans about Banana Blossom, You'd be told it is at best, Animal feed n at worst, 'Kifuniko ya Mtungi wa maji'. But did you know it has excellent health benefits? Though it is mostly used in Asian Cuisine, I first learnt about the Blossom from Kenyan Traditional Birth Attendants/Midwives during a Research Project being carried out about them. (Western n Nyanza Region)Curious to know whether it was merely old wives tales or not, I did my own research n guess what? They were right! Everything they believed it to do, has scientific backing, as true.((I will illustrate on another post, how to 'harvest n prepare' the Flowers.))

I made these pancakes because I LOVE pancakes! They are pretty most the easiest breakfast to make. You just have to mix a few ingredients together to have these perfect pancakes :) I hope you try out this recipe.#breakfastcontest

So yummmy tried to add some tamarind n jaggery from the previous recipe turned out really crispy n tasty.

I used to eat this fruit cake growing up I have searched high and low for it soo I was soo excited to get it.its process is complicated but trust me you will love it

These bhajiya r awesome for all festivals n very easy to cook.When I was growing my mum used to make them every Sunday at 10:00am.👌👌👌
