Ingredients

  1. Omena
  2. 3large tomatoes
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1large Onions
  5. Tomato paste
  6. Curry powder
  7. Paprika
  8. Dhania
  9. Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash omena with warm water, then boil for 15mins.

  2. 2

    Drain the water and then wash again

  3. 3

    In a sufuria put the omena and pour little vinegar and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Put a pan on fire and add omena, let the water dries up on minimal fire.

  5. 5

    In another sufuria, heat oil, add onions until brown, put your tomatoes,green pepper and stir.

  6. 6

    Add tomato paste,paprika,curry powder or any spice.

  7. 7

    Stir thoroughly,you can add little water after 5mins add omena and stir.

  8. 8

    Simmer and cook for five mins.

  9. 9

    Top up with dhania and serve hot with ugali.
