Ingredients

  1. 200 gcottage cheese
  2. 7-8wheat flour roti
  3. 1/4 cuponion sliced
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 1onion small sliced
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2green bell pepper green sliced
  9. 2 Tbspstomato paste
  10. 2 tbspsmayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up the oil in a pan and add sliced onion to the pan.

    Saute the onion lightly and add paste tomatoes. let the tomatoes cooked for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

    Add salt red chilli powder and let the masala cook for a minute.
    Add fresh cottage cheese which is cut into approximately 1 inch cubes and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

    To assemble the rolls, heat up a pan and warm the roti over it. warm all roti and keep aside.

    Now place the chapati on a board and ladle 1/3rd of cottage cheese filling in the center. Top with some coriander leaves and some mayo.

    Roll it to form a wrap and enjoy
