Ingredients

  1. Spinach
  2. Pork
  3. Onions
  4. Oil
  5. Green pepper
  6. 2 tsptoothpaste
  7. Garlic
  8. Lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate pork with garlic and lemon add some herbs if you like eggs Rosemary, thyme.......

  2. 2

    Deep fry the port till golden brown, remove and place on the side.

  3. 3

    Fry 2- 3 onions, as they soften add a little salt to taste and your tomato pastel and stir.

  4. 4

    Then put in your pork,give it a shake, add some green pepper give another shake and coriander for garnish.

  5. 5

    Serve with fried potatoes,rice or mashed potatoes
