My kids love potatoes!
I have been making this for a long time so I uploaded here.

Please adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
It is very delicious with light consommé flavor!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3Potatoes (large)
  2. 1/2Onions (finely chopped)
  3. 5 gramsSoup stock granules
  4. 1Salt and pepper
  5. 3 tbspKatakuriko
  6. 1Frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potato skin and microwave to soften.

  2. 2

    To shape well, adjust the amount of katakuriko depending on the size of the potatoes.

  3. 3

    Transfer this on a plastic wrap and cut into desired sizes. Pour the oil about 3cm deep in the frying pan and heat to 180°C.

    Deep fry carefully. It's easier to flip them if you use a spatula. This picture is square version.

    This is stick version.

    One Cookpad user made this with mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and cheese! It looks so delicious.
