Ingredients

15 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1/2 cupOats
  2. 1/2 cupBoiled and mashed potatoes
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonOregano
  5. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoonFinely chopped carrot
  7. 1 tablespoonFinely chopped capsicum
  8. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add half quantity of oats and rest mentioned ingredients in a bowl and mix properly with hands.

    Now make nuggets shape of this mixture and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep pan. And deep fry nuggets till golden brown. Keep on kitchen towel to drain excess oil.

    Serve healthy, scrumptious oats nuggets with any sauce or chutney of your choice
