  4. 1pc Egg
  5. Filling
  6. 100 gMilk
  7. 2-3pcs Egg

    Butter with Sugar and Egg

    Add in flour and mix well.

    Once it is well mixed. Using hand, press the mixture together and form a dough. If the dough is too wet or oily, do add some flour. Give it a few knead.

    Put it into the fridge for 15 mins. Then, take it out of the fridge. Roll individual dough into a ball, lightly press the dough into the tart cases.

    Method for filling

    Milk mix with sugar (until sugar completely dissolved), then beat eggs with milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.

    Carefully pour egg mixture into each tart shells. Bake tarts for 25 mins at 180 degree, fan ON.
