Cara Memasak

Chop up cabbage into bits, wash, and dry thoroughly.

Put cabbage into a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients, save some scallions for garnish if you want, mix well.

Add a little oil into a flat pan and pour the mixture over when heated, use a spatula to press the mixture as flat as you can, shake the pan around to evenly distribute the mixture liquid. Turn heat down to medium and fry for 3minutes, or till the bottom turns golden. Carefully cover with a plate and flip it over to cook the other side for another 2mins.

Use the plate again to flip the okonomiyaki back down and serve. You may drizzle mayonaise, bbq sauce, ketchup, bonito flakes, etc on top to you liking.
