Cara Memasak

Cairkan minyak sapi dan minyak masak. Tumis bawang holland san bawang putih sehingga naik bau.

Masukkan serbuk paprika, serbuk cili, serbuk lada hitam, thyme, rosemary dan sedikit air. Tumis sehingga pecah minyak.

Masukkan daging dan tulang. Diikuti kentang dan daun salam. Gorengkan seketika.

Masukkan air dan soda. Masak sehingga daging empuk dan kuah sedikit kering.

Masukkan cendawan butang. Jika ada lada benggala dan tomato masukkan juga ketika ini. Perasakan dengan garam. Gaul sebati dan didihkan seketika. Tutup api.
