Cara Memasak

Ayam, kentang dan lobak merah digoreng separuh masak. (goreng ni berasingan yer). Angkat dan toskan minyak.

Panaskan minyak masak. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia sehingga naik bau.

Masukkan ayam, lobak merah dan kentang yang digoreng tadi.

Masukkan serbuk kari dan serbuk cili. Kacau sebati.

Masukkan santan kelapa dan air. Masak sehingga mendidih.

Perasakan garam dan serbuk lada hitam. Masak sehingga kuah pekat. Tutup api.
