Masukkan kesemua Bahan Perapan Ayam ke dalam mangkuk. Gaul sebati dan perapkan seketika dalam 10-15minit.

Tumis bawang holland sehingga naik bau.

Masukkan lobak merah dan kacang panjang. Kacau seketika.

Masukkan isi ayam yang diperap tadi. Goreng sehingga layu. Kemudian masukkan kubis. Masak sehingga isi ayam kelihatan sedikit garing. Tutup api.
