It really takes only 5 mins to make and it goes well with Chinese dishes. Today, I cooked Mapodoufu and I had this soup together!

  1. 600 mlWater
  2. Chinese chives
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1table spoon Soy sauce
  5. 2tea spoons Chinese soup stock
  6. Salt and pepper

Cara Memasak

    Boil water and add chopped Chinese chives. Cook for few minutes.

    Add soy sauce, chicken soup stock, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Beat an egg, bring the soup to boil and pour the egg into it. Once you put the egg, wait for 1 minute and turn off the heat.

    That’s it!! Enjoy with Chinese dishes!
