Corned beef is my favorite when i was a kid. Loved it when my mum cooked corned beef fried rice or just stir fry corned beef with big onion, chili and egg.

Instead of doing corned beef fried rice i'm decided to make Corned Beef Pasta.

15min (prepping) + 20min (cooking)

  1. 3/4 packof pasta
  2. 3/4of a can of corned beef
  3. 8cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
  4. 3red chili, sliced thinly
  5. 2stalks of curry leaves
  6. 1/2 packof french beans, sliced thinly
  7. Remaining pasta water
  8. 100gms of butter

Cara Memasak

15min (prepping) + 20min (cooking)

    Prepare the ingredients:
    - French beans, sliced thinly
    - Garlic and chilies, sliced thinly
    - Pasta, cooked till its soft. Drained off the water but keep the pasta water aside for cooking.

    Melt the butter in the pan, add in the garlic and the chilies. Sauté till its fragrant. Then add in the french beans and mix it well. Stir fry for about 2-3 mins till the beans are soft.

    Add the corned beef to the pan. Mix it well with the rest of the ingredients then add in the curry leaves. Stir fry for about 3-5 mins.

    Add the pasta to the pan. While mixing, add the pasta water bit by bit till it all mix well. This will take about 5 mins to get everything to mix well. Not necessarily to add all the pasta water, just add till you get the consistency that you like.

    And its ready for lunch. YUMS!
