Per boil ur rice and set aside,wash ur beans and soak with hot water

Place a pot on fire add ur required cooking water cover and allow to boil den u seive ur beans and add to d boiling water add little salt den cover d pot allow to cook for 15minutes den u add in ur per boiled rice stir and allow to cook

Grind ur red pepper scotch bonnet onions and garlic den u set it aside

Place a pan on meduim heat add ur cooking oil den u put ur tomatoes paste and fry den u add up ur grinded kayan Miya,fried fish and continue frying

Add ur seasonings and salt fry a little more den ur add small quantity of water stir,cover and allow to cook for 5minutes
