Gizzard & Garlic Scapes Oyster Sauce Fry Gizzard & Garlic Scapes Oyster Sauce Fry
I make this when garlic scapes are on sale, but their flavor and smell is too intense, so I didn't make it that often. Recently, I made it again and found that garlic scapes have become a lot milder. It takes a little while for the garlic rabes to cook. The edges of the gizzard pieces become frilly when cooked, so make sure to cook through.Adjust the amount of oyster sauce to your preference. Beef with Cream Sauce Beef with Cream Sauce
I ate a Swiss dish for the first time at my friend's house in Switzerland. The friend gave me a Swiss recipe book, so I tried to cook the same dish I had eaten. This dish is called 'Zürcher Geschnetzeltes' in Switzerland. The original is veal with cream sauce. Serving it with Rösti, Swiss hash brown potatoes, is the most standard way. Season the beef and sauce well, and the dish will be more delicious. This dish is good for pasta sauce too. Baked Chicken with Cream Sauce Baked Chicken with Cream Sauce
Tender chicken breast in a white cream sauce using ingredients you already have in the fridge. Add whatever you like. I used fresh shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and carrots. It's a very filling meal for two people. If you like this style of Western food, you must try it. It's very fragrant. สิทธิพงศ์Translated from Cookpad Thailand -
Rigatoni with Homemade Meat Sauce Rigatoni with Homemade Meat Sauce
I love to use rigatoni with meat sauce because it picks up the sauce so well! Also, I like to change my sauce ingredients depending on what I have around at the time, and what I'm in the mood for, as far as vegetables & toppings go. One thing I almost always add to my sauce is the brown sugar. The kids and I both enjoy the sweetness in the sauce. You can make this into a cheesy sauce by adding parmesan and/or other cheeses and even cream. You can make this into a savory & spicy sauce by adding crushed red pepper and/or other hot peppers. You can add vegetables to the sauce to make a "garden medley." And, you can even make this with vegan meat! Of course sauce will always get better the longer it simmers with the ingredients. This is made quick for dinner. However, if your heart is truly in making the sauce you can continue to simmer it for a few hours or even slow cook it in a crockpot. #pasta #pastasauce #meatsauce #spaghettisauce #pastanight #italiannight Chef Mommy Nessa -

Rice Gratin with Easy Homemade Bechamel Sauce Rice Gratin with Easy Homemade Bechamel Sauce
I've been making this rice gratin (doria) for some time. I always used to eyeball the ingredients, so I measured them properly for when my daughter wants to make it.When making the bechamel sauce, add the milk all at once and raise the heat to high, and just keep mixing and mixing until it starts bubbling! That's it! If you add cheese, the sauce will become richer! Leftover sauce can be used to make a special croque-monsieur for breakfast!! Recipe by Naomoka cookpad.japan -
