This is the best peppered chicken i have made so far. The chicken was very tender and moist and juicy. I served it with coconut rice and it was so delicious.

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken and wash it very well with clean water. Drain the chicken till all the water is out.

    Put the chicken in a large bowl and marinate it with maggi seasoning cubes, chicken spice, soy sauce, curry, powdered ginger, and little oil. Mix everything together and allow it to marinate in the fridge for atleast 2hours.

    Fry the chicken and keep aside. In a large pot fry the onions, green pepper, scotch bonnet, fresh ginger (grated) and the garlic with seasoning cubes. Add the chicken to it and stir till all the chicken parts are well coated then leave till to steam for 5 mins, turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy!
