Add all dry ingredients in a bowl whisk egg warm water in a separate bowl add butter to the dry ingredients

Add the whisk wet ingredients and mix a soft dough knead for 6 more minutes cut and weigh dough into 90grams

Mould arrange on a tray that has been floured. Use melted butter and brush the dough to prevent it from cracking and let it rise for 25min

Set oil on fire it should not be too hot make a hole and drop in oil to let fry.

Then serve hot or cold enjoy.

Glaze them first before you start enjoying your hot fluffy doughnuts! If the dough is divided in 6 portions, the size of the doughnuts will be rather large.
