Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 50 gsugar
  3. 1 teaspoonyeast
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 cupwarm water
  6. Oil for fraying

Cooking Instructions

    Add all dry ingredients in a bowl whisk egg warm water in a separate bowl add butter to the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add the whisk wet ingredients and mix a soft dough knead for 6 more minutes cut and weigh dough into 90grams

  3. 3

    Mould arrange on a tray that has been floured. Use melted butter and brush the dough to prevent it from cracking and let it rise for 25min

  4. 4

    Set oil on fire it should not be too hot make a hole and drop in oil to let fry.

  5. 5

    Then serve hot or cold enjoy.
