Ingredients

2 Loaves
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 3 teaspoonsmargarine
  3. 1 teaspoonyeast
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1/3 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/2 cupwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water and sprinkle a little sugar over it and set aside until it foarms

    Sift flour in a bowl, add sugar, baking powder and margarine and mix. Add the dissolved yeast to make a soft dough. Knead until the dough becomes stretchy. Cover the dough and allow to rise.

    Deflate the dough and knead again. Cut into two and place in a greased baking pan and allow to rise again. Preheat oven, place your dough and bake for 15-25mins.
