I so much like bread and that makes me to take bread everyday of my life but I have never for once try to bake it at home until I join cookpad and this contest also, that's what make me start thinking of baking my bread at home and yes I made it and the taste of the bread is delicious I like it, thank you cookpad #BAKEABREAD

I've been baking bread all my life. I was taught by my mother and grandmother. This is a recipe that has been consistently successful. This is my stripped down goto recipe. I can add sugar and have a great sweet bread that will even fry up as donuts. Or this recipe can have cheese and bacon bits incorporated into the dough for a savory bread that goes great with soups.

It is simple and tasty

In Europe we have a good bread but here in Taiwan, everything is too soft, too sweet or simply not bread at all. After fine tuning this I miss a good bread no more.

We ran out of bread but it's a long line at the supermarket. Our city is still in community quarantine. I have to make bread. I have no bread flour so I used all purpose flour instead. I also don't have a loaf pan so I just used a tray. I also tried putting a simple slash design on the loaf but it didn't work 😅

Before the advent of bread machines, I was very wary of working with yeast, it just seemed daunting to me, my mother gave me this recipe which I have modified slightly over the years to suit my tastes.

I overcook😉It should be 18 mins but i make it 22 mins

This recipe is so moist and yummy.

My family always love it and can't get enough of it
