Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 4 tbspmargarine mellted
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 1/2 tspyeast
  7. 1 tspyeast
  8. warm water for mixinv
  9. 12boiled eggs pilled

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients together

    Then add the wet ingredients and mix/knead until smooth.Cover and allow to rest for 10-15mins

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 12 balls

  4. 4

    Pick a ball,flaten and roll

  5. 5

    Put an egg on the rolled dough and wrap,gently pinch off the excess dough and roll

  6. 6

    Roll the remaining the remaining balls

  7. 7

    Heat oil and deep fry on both sides untill done

  8. 8

    Drain excess oil,alliw to cool and serve
