    Wash your rice, add little amount of salt and curry in the pot then parboil it and set aside. Also wash your liver and boil it cut into pieces and set aside.

    Slice your onion and green pepper fry it with your oil for 3min stir then add again little amount of curry stir..

    Add your boiled liver to the onions and your carrots green beans and peas all together continue stirring it add little water then add your spices.

  4. 4

    Pour your rice on the sauce mixed thoroughly lower your heat and allow it to steam for like 10min and then serve 😋
