Cooking Instructions

Add d yeast with milk to d lukewarm water nd allow to proof for 10mins.

Sieve the flour, add d salt, nutmeg.add butter and mix well till looks like crumbs..

Add the yeast mixture to the flour and combine.use the remaining lukewarm water to make a soft dough.knead well.

Allow to rest for 1or 2hrs by covering the dough.punch nd knead again. roll the dough to the desired shapes nd live for another 1hr by arranging it in ur baking tray after spreading some butter.

Now bake for atleast 30mins..
