Mix sugar and yeast in lukewarm water.allow it for 12minutes,it should have will foamed.

Add the flour and knead for 10minutes,add butter and knead again.

Allow it to prove,and use the oil to coat.after proofing for 30minutes.

Knock back and knead and cut into table tennis ball sizes.allow to proof for 15minutes.

Break egg and brush on top and bake for 10-15minutes.

If you're impatient, place the ham on top of the dough and roll it out together. While lightly stretching the dough, roll it up. When using scissors, a deeper cut is better.
