Ingredients

  1. 3egg
  2. 4medium size irish potatoes
  3. Spices and onions
  4. Veg oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the irish potatoes,wash and slice it into tin layers,and do thesame to your onions,arrange the slice potato and onions on a non-stick frying pan,put some veg oil,set the fire on low heat and cover your pan for the potato to cook

    Break the eggs and add some veggies if interested,add spices and whisk them together,if your potatoes are cooked then add the egg on top

  3. 3

    Cover the pan,and flip the omelette side by side until cooked.enjoy
