Ingredients

  1. 7apples
  2. 3 cupsalmond flour
  3. 1 1/2 cupsmelted butter
  4. 1 1/2 cupssugar replacement
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspground cinnamon
  9. 1 tsplemon extract
  10. 1 cupwalnuts. Chopped
  11. 1 cupraisins

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350f. Grease a 9 inch pan

    Peel, core and quarter and slice apples into a bowl,, squeeze some lemon juice over prevent them to get brown. set aside

    With an electric mixer Beat the oil and sugar rep. Together. Until blended. Add eggs until the mixture is creamy, sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, fold the flour mix. Into the egg mix. With the lemon extract.

    Stir in the apples. Walnuts and the raisins, pour into the baking pan. Bake 1 hour 15.) check after 50 minutes)

    You can sprinkle some confectioners sugar top of the cake.

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore!
