Ingredients

  1. 1/2Japanese persimmont
  2. 150 gfilm tofu
  3. 1 tablespoonground sesame
  4. 2 tspsugar beet
  5. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the Japanese persimmon into stripes.

  2. 2

    Strain the tofu

  3. 3

    Mix the tofu with ground sesame and sugar beet

  4. 4

    Add the Japanese persimmon and mix
    Complete with salt
